Following its successful run at the National Arts Festival in Makhanda, the work moves to the Standard Bank Art Gallery, where it will be presented as an immersive audio and visual installation. On entering the exhibition space, audiences are confronted by a unique collection of dedication songs – playing sequentially, and each one chosen by a survivor of rape. The seventh edition of the leading football talent scouting programme, Nedbank Ke Yona Team Search (KYTS), will reach South African households when it plays exclusively on Mzansi Magic Channel 161 from 25 July 2019.   For 12 weeks, viewers will be introduced to the emotions that go into finding the best football talent in the country. Players will be put to the test by the best in the business; Doctor “16V” Khumalo, Jerry “Legs of Thunder”  Sikhosana and Khabo Zondo - the three legends tasked with finding the Nedbank Ke Yona Class of 2019. The final 18-man team will play a Ke Yona Challenge fixture against Nedbank Cup champions and South Africa’s CAF Confederation Cup representatives, TS Galaxy, later this year, giving the search’s finalists the chance to showcase their skills to a national audience.
