ZARTH to turn heads at Durban Fashion Fair

Zamakhosi Mathe of
ZARTH label, a Nongoma born fashion designer, who defines her brand as “elegantly figured” will be sharing the
runway with renowned fashion icons at
the 1st annual Durban Fashion Fair on the 21st
of September at Durban Exhibition Centre.
ZARTH wowed the
audiences at the Fashion By The Sea held at Moyo Piere in June. Right after that
ZARTH was chosen as one of the 8 invited designers at Vodacom Durban July. ZARTH has gained respect as a brand in the fashion
industry in Durban hence the invitation to showcase at such a great category at
the Durban
Fashion Fair.

Zamakhosi of ZARTH being a designer that never studied for
fashion explains herself as someone who was born a fashion designer, and is
honoured and excited to be part of this fashion show. Zamakhosi says “it’s
important to know what your brand is about. Where Zarth is concerned, there
will always be that element of class irrespective of the trends”. Zamakhosi also wears her own label so she
knows how her clients feel when wearing brand ZARTH.
ZARTH only
specializes in ladies wear but will be launching her male collection soon.
ZARTH has moved to their new studio in Glenwood that fits the brand perfectly
the way it’s built and located.
