Bergville bags his first

AFRIMA award in Nigeria

It's a party at Ambitiouz Entertainment as the label congratulates Jabulani “Sjava” Hadebe for having a prosperous 2019. This year has seen the muso accumulating more accolades and taking bigger steps in his career.

The BET Award-winner added an AFRIMA award to his collection this past weekend as he took home the Best Male Artist in Southern Africa award. The 6th edition of the awards ceremony took place in Lagos, Nigeria on Saturday, 23 November 2019.
Considered to be amongst the toughest and biggest categories, Sjava was competing against great artists like AKA, Nasty C, Cassper Nyovest, Black Coffee, Winky D and Jah Prayzah.

This being his first AFRIMA award, the Afro-pop artist is thrilled and is thankful for the support he received from his record label, Ambitiouz Entertainment and his supporters.
“I am grateful to AFRIMA awards for putting all the African artists under one roof to celebrate our beautiful and diverse talents. We need to know that we are unique, and we are one. Thank you to my record label, my friends and my fans. This year has been the best, it can only be God.” Said Sjava.

This award is the third one Sjava has won this year, adding to the two he walked away with at the 25th SAMA awards. Just last month, the muso filled out the Sun Arena in Pretoria with his #OneNightWithSjava show. We look forward to even bigger achievements before the year ends.
