Excitement as The Dan Nicholl Show back for the 13th Season

 with the first episode airing on SuperSport (Channel) on Thursday, 8 April 2021. Viewers can expect a stellar cast of local and international sports, lifestyle and entertainment celebrities in the company of seasoned host Dan Nicholl.

Season 13 will feature a few new additions to the set, the return of a studio audience under strict Covid-19 protocols, a comedy feature that profiles some of the best on-stage talents in the country and more inspiring stories from celebrities far and wide.

“It’s been an incredible journey being a part of the show for so many years,” Nicholl said. “I’m thankful to all of our guests, partners and sponsors and the viewers at home who have made the show was it is today.”


The Dan Nicholl Show’s success as one of the longest-running entertainment shows in the country has been based on Nicholl’s ability to successfully engage with his guests in an authentic easy-going environment.

Season 12 viewers were entertained by a mixture of the hottest celebrities, sporting icons, lyrical geniuses, the wittiest comedians and rising stars in South Africa, with more on the cards for the 13th season. The guests included Micasa’s J’ Something, songstress Unathi Nkayi, Olympic Champion Penny Heyns, World Cup Winning Springbok Tendai ‘Beast’ Mtawarira, reigning Miss South Africa Shudufhadzo Musida, comedian Siya Seya, Banyana Banyana rising star Hildah Magaia and TV personality Masego ‘Maps’ Maponyane.
