ANATII TO DROP NEW ALBUM THIS FRIDAY!

Last night VIP guests and members of the media gathered at The Vault, Maphungubwe Hotel in Johannesburg for Anatti's IYEZA album listening session

Regardless of bad weather in Johannesburg, The Vault was packed to capacity with celebrities, Anatti's family and media to witness the exclusive listening session of IYEZA by Anatti who is releasing his solo album under his independent label this Friday. In attendance we spotted much loved and dearly missed talk show host Noeleen Maholwana-Sangqu, Rhythm City actor and rapper Jesse Santele and Television presenter Zulu Makhathini amongs many others. 

While Anatti shared his story about his latest offering and gave the guests an exclusive taste of what promise to be a hit album, Courvoisier and other drinks kept flowing to merge the standard of party. Judging by the mood of what went down last night, Anatti is sure to be headlining most festivals this festive season and 2019 his music is going to be one every club DJ's playlists. NDAWENI in particular is going to get everybody on their feats, be it at a club, house parties or family gatherings. 

Songs like NGOZI, NDAWENI and WENA were everybody's favourites while EHLATHINI was the one everybody believed should be his second single as it was the ultimate favourite. 

Talking about this project Anatti said this album is a spiritual and therapeutic, he says he had to dig deep and connect with his people. "I went to Durban, Eastern Cape and LA for inspiration" he revealed. 

Talking about his album art work which was done by Nika Mthethwa, Anathii said he feels like South Africans or musicians rather, do not appreciate their counterparts in the arts enough and when he saw Nika's work he was very inspired. "I was very inspired when I saw Nika's work. We met when I was shooting my UN public service announcement and I knew that we needed to do something together" said Anatti. 

IYEZA by Anatti will be available in all digital platforms this Friday the 5th of October.
