Delicious Everything At Arbour For #BubblyNights

While champagne lovers celebrated #ChampagneDay on Friday the 19th, Arbour celebrated the day in style. They hosted their bubbly nights affair, with the venue so intimate and allowing for a great night out on a Friday, the bubbly was flowing.

Before guests indulged on a starter of the choice where they had to choose from Baked prie with pecan nuts and cranberry chillie, Baby salmon fishcakes with crushed avocado or Butternut, sage and orange soup.  We had a taste of what it's like to drink a bubbly from Italy, Nua Prosecco Italy. Louis Bouillot Brut, France xio followed as starters were served.

Our taste buts were so joyful when the blissful berry was served as a plate cleanser. We then sip on San Leo Prosecco while digging in on our delicious mains where we had a choice of chicken fillets with a light creamy white wine, sun dried tomato, spinach & feta sauce which was served with a side of your choice. Or you could choose to indulge on ribeye steak with smoked paprika and roasted garlic aioli, with rosa tomatoes and rocket, also served with sides of your choice. If you one person who thinks such rules as never eat pasta on a date is madness, pasta shells with roasted rosa tomato sauce, olives, capers, and parmesan was the best choice for you!

As we all know, it's not called three course meal for no reason, there is no winning menu without deserts. Now, what a better way than sipping on a good glass of bubbly. Guests were served Cava, Bodega Muga from Spain together with mind blowing deserts. A choice of salted caramel, apple crepe with vanilla ice cream, Star anise cinnamon creme brulee or Hot chocolate lava pot with vanilla ice cream was available to choose from.
