"DIVA EXTRAODINARE" DAVID TLALE PROVED HE IS BOSS IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY AT THE MERCEDES-BENZ FASHION WEEK AFRICA

Image
Last night we attended the David Tlale show as part of MERCEDES-BENZ FASHION WEEK AFRICA happening at the City of Tswane. David Tlale's show was off site of-course... Wow! So when we get to the secret venue which happens to be a rail way station, people were amazed, asking questions like, "what's happening here?",  "Is the show gonna be inside the train or what?", 'whats got into David Tlale?", "I don't understand what's happening" I heard this other guy behind me say... Owk, there was just a massive hype, ushers telling us to get seated ASAP as there will be a train driving past like now... We then got more confused... We are now seated and there is music, drama on the projector srceens and you can just imagine... You know when you are about to watch @Beyonce or Michael Jackson's show, we had goos-bums, I mean everyone, and people are waiting for a sow to start or a train to drive past but nothing for like 15min...

So OUT, So fab, So Gay! - OUT In Africa Gay & Lesbian Film Festival

Image
After attending the opening night for the Out In Africa Lesbian and Gay Film Festival last night at Hyde Park NuMetro I fell in love with movies, I realized how much do one put behind the final product and also the reason behind each movie or documentary. Great speeches, very short, touching and allowed everyone to be part of the conversation by each guest, I must say, one of the few openings I've actually enjoyed it speeches, I didn't feel like sleeping at all, especially considering the fact that it was right after work where one had to rush home to change quickly then to Hyde Park by 18h30 The first feature film South African Programme would have had everyone in tears, but I commend the direction they took in concertizing the society about "Corrective Rape". The other one that looked at circumcision in more than one way, especially in the rural areas.  The cocktail party was owk... I felt it was too crowded, but then again, it wasn't the reason why ev
