Motswako season is here! This new tune from DJ Lemonka and HashOne serves  justice to an already impressive catalogue of music from Mafikeng’s artists.

Pelo Yame by Maftown Motswako trio HashOne and DJ Lemonka, is a traditional fusion of street hip-hop, a unique and internationally competitive take on rap culture. The radio tune is the first single to be released by DJ Lemonka from his latest EP, Love&Hate. This piece of expressive artistry will have you on a whole different level of game.

The bar-dropper, world-class banger and sing-along lyrical masterpiece produced by Tone Jonez, is the first of its kind from HashOne. The track follows each rapper's declaration of love in adornment of the women they care for.

Directed by Ras Pule, the Pelo Yame music video features the trio, DJ Lemonka and a cameo appearance by legendary Motswako rapper Tuks Senganga, shot in the streets of Melville, Johannesburg.  The storyline catches a group of friends in their feels, sharing their love stories, all to encourage the cashier at their local convenience store to take a shot at his crush - a must watch if you are looking for fresh pick-up lines -.
