HOW TO VOTE FOR YOUR METRO FM MUSIC AWARDS NOMINEE

To vote you need to SMS the keyword of the category you're voting for, followed by your favourite artist's name to 34764 e.g. POP Mafikizolo. 

The only category that differs is the Song of the Year category where you simply need to SMS the song title.

Voting lines opened at midnight on 16 January 2013. SMS's cost R1.50 each. Free SMS’s don't apply.

Best Compilation Album: COMPILATION

Best Dance Album: DANCE

Best Female Artist: FEMALE

Best Duo/Group: GROUP

Best Hit Single: SINGLE

Best Music Video: VIDEO

Best Hip Hop Album: HIP HOP

Best Urban Jazz Album: JAZZ

Best Kwaito Album: KWAITO

Best Male Artist: MALE

Best Newcomer: NEWCOMER

Best R&B Album: RNB

Best Urban Gospel Album: GOSPEL

Best Collaboration: COLLABORATION

Song of the Year: SMS the song title.
